Taxi Ride, Courier & Utility Service requests can be cancelled free of charge for up to 5 minutes after a Provider accepts your request or reaches your location. If you cancel after this, you’ll be charged a cancellation fee according to our cancellation policy.

If your provider doesn’t appear 15minutes after the ETA or Scheduled time, you may cancel the request without any cancellation fees.

Cancellation fees vary by city and by service, but are typically between Rs 25 – Rs 100.
