If you are on the same screen of requesting a Service, please click on the Cancel button and provide the reason, otherwise follow the below steps.
1. Click on History Tab and select Service Type (Transport, Utility Service, and Courier Delivery).
2. Select Current and click on the Service request.
3. Click on Cancel button and enter the reason, there will be a cancellation charge if the Provider reaches your location. Please check our Cancellation policy for more details.
You won’t be able to cancel a Food or Grocery Delivery once accepted by the shop Owner.
